I’m a certified wellness and nutrition coach with a specialisation in menopausal bodies. When I went through perimenopause, I had trouble finding community and solutions for the changes I was experiencing. I found ways to help myself through nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes using Forever products. There was also a lack of community and support, so I decided to create it for other women.
I’m passionate about teaching women to embrace midlife and to feel empowered by the change that comes with it. I use nutrition, exercise, and mindset work to create systems unique to each client. Midlife doesn’t need to be scary…it can be the beginning of the rest of your healthy and happy life!
Now, I use my qualifications and experience to help women embrace midlife and flourish through this incredible stage.
