The retreat takes place in the scenic foothills of Las Sierra de Las Nieves in Spain. In the lush pine forest, with expansive views of olive and avocado groves, you’ll nestle into a wooden cabin surrounded by the quiet hum of nature. Each day is packed with interactive workshops designed to give you the foundation and tools to go forward and create the life of your dreams, and our evenings are all about connection, fun, and relaxation.

At the heart of Midlife Harmony Retreat is a holistic foundation of nutrition, sleep, movement, mindfulness, and self-care, all intentionally designed to support your physical, emotional, and hormonal wellbeing.
You’ll enjoy vibrant, organic meals specially created to nourish your mind and body. We follow the 14/10 intermittent fasting approach, giving your body a daily 14-hour window to gently release toxins, reduce inflammation, and reset. It’s a flexible, supportive method, and we’ll guide you every step of the way to ensure it feels safe and comfortable for you.
One of the highlights? The cooking is interactive. We prepare meals together, sharing knowledge, stories, and laughter in the kitchen. It’s hands-on, empowering, and a delicious way to learn hormone-friendly, gut-loving recipes you can easily take home.
Each day, we’ll also focus on resetting your mind with gentle structure and expert-led practices. All designed to reconnect you with your body, calm your nervous system, and reawaken your joy.

How it works...

A taste of what to expect



Pre-retreat we all have a zoom call to introduce ourselves to each other and have a casual chat. This helps to break the ice in the comfort of your home and we won't feel like we are meeting strangers when we arrive in Spain. It also gives me a chance to go through the itinerary with you and for you to ask any questions you may have.
Pre-Retreat
Enjoy a series of hands-on nutrition workshops designed to help you understand how to cook for both gut health and hormone balance. You’ll discover how simple, nourishing food can support your energy, digestion and mood and then put your new knowledge into practice by preparing a delicious meal alongside your fellow retreat guests.
Our workshops explore a range of inspiring topics, including the power of herbs and spices, Ayurvedic and Mediterranean approaches to eating, and the benefits of sprouting and microgreens. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit our neighbouring organic spirulina farm, where you can see how this incredible superfood is grown and taste it fresh from the source.
Nutrition
We have a range of activities to help get your body moving gently such as morning yoga, walks and Chakra Dancing & Spiritual Belly Dancing. There is a pool as part of the accommodation and water is fantastic for both body and mind, there's also an optional river swim should you be inclined, if there is enough water in the river.
Movement
Each day will include a focus on developing a healthy mindset through daily meditation and breath-work practices. There’s also plenty of time for relaxation and self-care, with options for pampering such as massage or facials. Together, we’ll use the Wheel of Life to reflect on where you are right now, then create a gentle action plan to guide you forward, helping you return home feeling clear, motivated and inspired to keep the changes going.
