The Midlife Harmony retreat is an intimate, one-of-a-kind, long weekend holistic container, where participants focus on goal setting, motivation, and kickstarting long-term results that lead to a more energised life of confidence and mind-and-body health.
You’ll work with a team of experts on nutrition, breathwork, mindfulness, and movement.

The retreat takes place in the scenic foothills of Las Sierra de Las Nieves in Spain. In the lush pine forest, with expansive views of olive and avocado groves, you’ll nestle into a wooden cabin surrounded by the quiet hum of nature. Each day is packed with interactive workshops designed to give you the foundation and tools to go forward and create the life of your dreams, and our evenings are all about connection, fun, and relaxation.
Be Immersed in Nature
The core of the retreat is nutrition, sleep, movement, mindfulness and self-care. Organic meals are specially created to support your mind and body with nourishment and big flavour. We’ll be using the 14/10 intermittent fasting method, which means that your daily 14-hour fast will allow your body to release toxins and inflammation (and possibly some weight) in a gentle way, which can be modified to keep you comfortable and safe.
We will also be working on resetting your mind with daily structured programming. Our experts in yoga, meditation, breath-work, belly dancing, reflexology, massage, facials, grounding with mother nature, goal setting (and so much more) will be on hand for personalised support and healing.
How it works...

A taste of what to expect



Pre-retreat we all have a zoom call to introduce ourselves to each other and have a casual chat. This helps to break the ice in the comfort of your home and we won't feel like we are meeting strangers when we arrive in Spain. It also gives me a chance to go through the itinerary with you and for you to ask any questions you may have.
Pre-Retreat
Experience Gut Health workshops and with your new knowledge plan and prep a delicious meal with your fellow attendees. There are also workshops looking at specific ingredients such as wheatgrass and sprouting, as well as a tour of a spirulina farm.
Nutrition
We have a range of activities to help get your body moving gently such as morning yoga, walks and Spiritual Belly Dancing. There is a pool as part of the accommodation and water is fantastic for both body and mind, there's also an optional river swim should you be inclined, if there is enough water in the river.
Movement
Each day will include a focus on developing a healthy mindset with daily meditation and breathwork practices. There is plenty of opportunity to relax and have a little self-care with pampering like massage or facials. We'll also be looking at planning and goal setting to keep you motivated for when you return home
